• Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

1.4 Cancellation by Us:

• Offmap Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings).

• In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

 

Travel Requirements

2.1 Passports and Visas:

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

• Offmap Adventures is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

2.2 Health and Vaccinations:

• Travelers are responsible for meeting health and vaccination requirements for their destination.

• Consult your healthcare provider for advice on necessary vaccinations and medications.

2.3 Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

• Offmap Adventures is not liable for any costs incurred due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness, injury, or trip interruptions).

Responsibilities and Liabilities

3.1 Assumption of Risk:

• Traveling with Offmap Adventures involves inherent risks, including but not limited to adventure activities, cultural interactions, and travel in remote areas.

• By booking a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3.2 Limitation of Liability:

• Offmap Adventures is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense resulting from:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or weather conditions.

  • Acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability.

  • Personal negligence or failure to follow instructions.

  • Actions of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or local guides).

3.3 Traveler Conduct:

• Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, environments, and fellow travelers.

• Offmap Adventures reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip for disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.
